In addition to the automation of individual machines, Hesse GmbH offers complete manufacturing cells that can be fully customized in scope and configuration.

Everything from a single source – and another major advantage: no additional integrators are required.

Our exemplary production line concept demonstrates how a combination of state-of-the-art automation components, Hesse machines, and perfectly coordinated interfaces enables highly efficient manufacturing.
The reference line presented here demonstrates how various process steps can be seamlessly integrated—from loading through transport and shuttle systems, fully automated bonding using Hesse ultrasonic wire bonders, welding systems, and laser welding systems, all the way through to cleaning processes and unloading.
At the same time, the decentralized Hesse Bonder Network (HBN) ensures complete line management, providing connectivity and data synchronization.
The overarching Hesse Production App mirrors the status of all machines directly to a smartphone, enabling operators to automatically receive push notifications whenever action is required.

Hesse Production App

  • The Hesse App brings all Hesse machines to your smartphone. Operators can view the status in real time and receive push notifications as soon as action is required. Our Sales-Team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

MES – Manufacturing Excution System

  • The Production Cell can be linked to any custom MES by one single interface. Standardized protocols like SECS/GEM or OPC UA are common solutions with supported base scenarios (like RAM statistics, product traceability, remote commands).
