Hesse GmbH has been awarded as “family-friendly company”
We support our employees in balancing family and career by offering flexible working hours, the option of part-time work and home office days, and subsidize all of our employees’ kindergarten/daycare children with a monthly allowance towards childcare costs.
In 2025, we once again received the award as a family-friendly company from the OWL Women and Work Competence Center, the Ostwestfalen-Lippe Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Bielefeld, the Ostwestfalen-Lippe Chamber of Crafts in Bielefeld and the Paderborn district and will continue our commitment to the family concerns of our employees in the coming years.
